The Waterloo Region Museum made a great venue for an elegant ceremony. Mike and Sarah’s reception started out as an equally formal affair, followed by some serious partying. These two know how to have fun! Thank you to the DJs and the crazy dancers who kept the party going all night, it was a blast.

It was so much fun photographing these two! Nicole and Kyle have such a playful style (matching sweaters anyone?) that it’s difficult to overcome their infectious sense of humor. Regardless, they still managed to pull off some very classic styles. I’m eagerly awaiting their upcoming wedding @ the museum.
These two wanted some winter photos, so we braved the cold to enjoy one of the few heavy snow days this year. TJ and Aaron were pretty good about smiling while they were frozen, but I guess that’s to be expected of Packer fans. By the way, the signed jerseys were a nice touch!
November has been warmer than usual, yet it seems we still found the coldest day to shoot outdoors. These two were troopers in the cold, which is great, since their wedding will be taking place in February. Open the post for more images.
There are hundreds of waterfalls in the greater Hamilton region. Like any photographer from the area, I’ve already got a few favorites. Julie and Steve introduced me to another; they were even willing to get their feet wet with me and freeze a bit! I can’t wait to see what they come up with on their wedding day.
There’s no better way to celebrate fall than to go apple picking. Unless maybe you decide to risk a “haunted” corn maze… or hang out in a pumpkin patch… and then walk around a whole farm. Thanks for the workout guys!
Congratulations go out to Kayla and Ryan! Not only did they walk across most of Harriston for their photos, they did it with a smile. It was easy to tell how much effort and planning went into their day. Thanks to the couple and their friends for the rocking party!
It’s not often I get the opportunity to photograph a wedding for a friend, but it’s always a blast. Sharing the day in Toronto with Kait and Geoff was no exception. It was wonderful catching up with old friends and making some new ones.
Oh my goodness, what a day! Despite some terrible weather that delayed the proceedings, knocked out the power and flooded the church (just a bit), you knew things would work out perfectly for these two in the end. The bride’s surprise serenade for the groom was just one of a number of great memories. I hope you guys had as much fun as I did!

When two dance instructors get married, you know that moves will be busted. Sure, the break dancing and choreographed bits were incredible; but that was to be expected on a day that featured so many things done just right. Check out the dance shots at the bottom of the post!
